Happy Mourning

Do it now
And either be happy
Or sad later.

Exercise regularly
And eat healthy, balanced
Meals. If you live to past
Sixty-five, your body
Will thank you.

But if you happen
To die at thirty-two,
Will you regret not eating
That last hamburger offered?
Will you mourn the hours
Wasted at the gym
Or Zumba class?
